Privacy Policy

Reakto (operated by [COMPANY]) provides daily TRON Energy delegation subscriptions. This policy explains what data we process to run the service, and nothing more than that.

We collect the minimum required to operate:

• Account data — name, e-mail address and a password hash.
• Wallet data — the public TRON addresses you register and their labels. These are public blockchain identifiers, not private keys.
• On-chain activity — deposits to your deposit address and delegations to your wallets, which are public blockchain data we index to bill and reconcile the service.
• Technical logs — IP address, timestamps and actions in the dashboard, kept for security and audit purposes.

We do not collect government IDs, payment-card data, or your private keys. Starting the service does not require KYC; we may request additional information where the law obliges us to.

• Operating the service: delegating Energy, crediting deposits, billing your balance.
• Security: authentication, rate limiting, fraud and abuse prevention, audit trails.
• Communication: service notices, balance alerts and monthly reports to your e-mail.

We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising.

Data is shared only with the infrastructure providers required to run the service (cloud hosting, e-mail delivery, blockchain APIs), bound by their own confidentiality obligations, and with authorities where a valid legal demand requires it. Blockchain data (addresses, transaction hashes, delegations) is public by nature on the TRON network.

We use only essential cookies: session authentication and your language preference. No tracking or advertising cookies.

Account and billing records are retained while your account exists and for the period required by the accounting and tax laws that apply to [COMPANY]. Technical logs are retained for up to 12 months. You may request account deletion; billing records we are legally required to keep are retained for the mandatory period and then deleted.

You can access and update your account data in the dashboard, export your reports, and request a copy or the deletion of your personal data by writing to us. We answer within one business day.
