Terms of Service

Reakto (operated by [COMPANY], "we", "us") provides a subscription service that delegates TRON network Energy to TRON addresses you register ("wallets"). Delegation is performed on-chain through the TRON network's native resource-delegation mechanism. Active wallets are pre-loaded with Energy on a daily basis, and additional Energy is delegated as your transactions consume it.

The service reduces the TRX otherwise burned by the network when executing TRC-20 transfers. It does not process, transmit, hold or convert your cryptocurrency, and it is not a wallet, an exchange, a payment service or a financial product.

We never receive, hold or control your private keys, your TRX or your USDT. Energy is delegated to addresses you control; your funds never pass through us. The only balance you hold with us is a pre-paid service credit (see Section 4).

You need an account (e-mail and password) to use the service. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must be legally capable of entering into this agreement, and you may not use the service where doing so is prohibited by the laws that apply to you. We may refuse, suspend or close accounts involved in abuse, fraud or unlawful activity.

The service is pre-paid. You top up a service balance by transferring TRX or USDT (TRC-20) to your unique deposit address; deposits are matched on-chain by exact amount and credited to your balance. Charges are debited from this balance as follows: a daily pre-load subscription per active wallet, and a flat rate per transaction that consumes delegated Energy, at the rates shown in your dashboard at the time of the charge.

If your balance reaches zero, your wallets are paused automatically and no further charges accrue. Your balance can never go negative and you will never owe us money. Paused wallets are not pre-loaded and are not charged.

Unused pre-paid balance is refundable on request to a TRON address you designate, less on-chain network costs of the refund transfer. Charges already incurred for delivered delegations are not refundable, since the corresponding Energy was delivered on-chain and is verifiable by its transaction hash.

You agree not to use the service in connection with unlawful activity, including money laundering, terrorism financing, sanctioned parties or the proceeds of crime. We may pause delegation to specific addresses, or suspend the service, where we reasonably believe the service is being used unlawfully or where we are required to do so by law.

We operate automated monitoring, daily on-chain reconciliation, and redundant delegation infrastructure, but the service depends on the TRON network and third-party energy markets. The service is provided "as is" and we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Where a delegation you were charged for was not delivered, our reconciliation will reverse the charge or we will re-deliver the Energy.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of the service is limited to the amount of your pre-paid balance at the time of the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, for the behaviour of the TRON network, for the value of any cryptocurrency, or for transactions you execute from your own wallets.

We may update these terms or the service rates. Material changes will be announced in the dashboard or by e-mail at least 14 days in advance. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance; if you do not agree, stop using the service and request a refund of your unused balance.
